Bryant Elementary PTO Volunteer Sign Up 2024-2025

You MUST have an approved Prosper ISD Background Check before volunteering at Bryant Elementary for the school or the PTO. Here is the free link to register. (CLICK HERE) No news is good news, check with Bryant Elementary front desk if you want to verify you have been approved. If you arrive at school without an approved background check you will not be allowed to volunteer. Also, always bring your photo ID.

Lunch Bunch (first semester)

This opportunity allows teachers to take a lunch break while parents help with lunch duties. It’s only 30 mins so you can quickly pop up to school in between meetings or cover a few lunches if you have the time! You will have an apron stocked with napkins, silverware to pass out if needed. Help open items for students. Please arrive 5 mins before your grades lunch time slot to get checked in. Prior to any volunteering please make sure you have done your background check through Prosper ISD (link is provide above) and always bring your photo ID. Sign up will close every Wednesday morning.

Front and Back Carpool Line (first semester)

This opportunity is a perfect way for dads and moms on their way to work to come help out. You will go to either the front or back carpool lines to help open doors and welcome students to school! Positive energy and a welcoming smile can really kick off the kids day in the right direction. Assembly Facepaint and Donut Sales (first semester)

Help with the front and back carpool lines face paint and donut sales. We have all the supplies just come paint dots or pass out donuts.
